Shipping and Returns

We are committed to your satisfaction! If you are not happy with your purchase, unused products in their original packaging can be returned to us within 21 days of purchase, no questions ask!  

However, since these are fragile items, we will carefully be repackaging your return so we will need to charge 10% restocking fee. There are additional situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  1. Products with obvious signs of use
  2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of all shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 10 business days for processing of refunds or exchange.

 

International Shipping

We used USPS and third-party consolidators like APC logistics for international shipping. Unfortunately, international shipping in the time of COVID has been challenging and we are encountering a lot of delays. We try our best to ship the items within 2 days of the transaction but have little control over the process once the items are in the destination country as they go through customs clearance and handled by local courier. Please note that most international orders are subject to customs duty and are the responsibility of the customer. Also please include your best phone number and email to avoid any delays.

  

Damaged Items

We take the utmost care to pack the items well hence they are very bulky to ship. But rough handling by the couriers can sometimes cause damage to these fragile items.  

If the item is received damaged, you are eligible for complete refund or replacement.  Please contact Luxury Bag Display LLC and send us pictures showing the damage within five business days of delivery. Please hold onto your shipping box/damaged item because the courier may want to inspect it as well.
