I’ve tried other scarf frames before finally pulling the plunge on this one and I have absolutely zero regrets. Easy to hang, easy to change. 100% recommend.
Really helps to showcase the artistry of my Hermes scarves. The product is as described and very easy to hanf and swap out scarves. Wish it came with a remote control but the dimmer is a great addition.
Packaged very safely, it took more time for us to remove all the packaging off of the frame than it took for us to mount. They really thought of everything with this product. They include a mounting plate to make it easy for removal of frame from the wall when you want to change out the scarf you want to display. I would wish they would have provided an instruction manual or maybe have an instructional video for those of us who are not the handiest, but we figured out what to do easy enough. Personal tip to make it easy to figure out where you wan to display and mount your frame: There are 2 styrofoam pieces that is the approximate size of the frame that protects it during transport. Don't toss it when you unpack everything, you can use it to approximate where you want to set up the frame, get a good idea if you'd like it higher or lower and insure you will be mounting it where you want it. There's a 3 hole mounting plate, use the included level to make sure it will be flush and not lopsided. We took the extra precaution of using drywall anchors, in addition to the included screws.
The silks look great in the frame but the addition of the illumination really brings it to life. It's also pretty easy to change out which scarf you want out on display so that makes this a true must have in any Hermes home. Tempted to get another frame for our home, it's that good.
The product is very well thought out, works well, if you're thinking of getting one, do it! You won't regret it, I actually want to get some more of them. Only been using in for a few weeks, so I can't say how long they will last, i dont always have the best luck with LED products, but it's nice and bright right now. Not the biggest fan of the mounting hardware but it's not a deal breaker. There's not any other product out there like this, it really helps show off the beauty in the scarf. Now i have tried contacting them through the customer service email and haven't received a reply to either of my messages, been over a week too, that's the only reason I don't give it 5 stars.
